CHallenge One
Challenge Two
Conclusion Questions:
#1: Explain which glider or aircraft term were difficult to understand and the correct definition. -
I didn't have any difficulties with any glider terms.
#2: Explain any challenges if someone else were to construct your design using the AERY print. -
It may be tough for some people to calculate the length of the wing edges, as some of them weren't listed.
#3: Explain any challenges faced using the AERY software and how you overcame those challenges. -
I had some trouble getting my glider to fly at first, but after I started changing things on the main tab, my glider worked well.
#4: Explain difficulties faced with this second design challenge compared to the first design challenge. -
The second challenge was tougher I believe, because you couldn't really eye anything out. With the straight wings, you were able to kind of line up everything by eye first off, but that wasn't possible with the canard wings.
#5: Explain how these constraints impacted your glider design compared to the first. -
These constraints were tougher to conform to, because they were smaller than the original constraints, so you had less options to change.
